TERMS OF SERVICE

Short version: Scan real prices, earn a share of the revenue we generate from that data, cash out when you want. Don't submit fake, manipulated, or fraudulent data. Don't try to game the system. We review submissions and may reject bad ones. You own what you submit; we license it to run our business. You can leave any time.
These Terms of Service form a contract between you and Del Mundo Kft. ("we", "us"), the company operating Liksy. By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using the service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Liksy. If you're using Liksy on behalf of a company (for example, as a Supplier), you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Liksy is a data dividend platform. You submit price observations — by scanning a price tag, uploading a receipt, or completing a targeted data mission. We extract structured information from what you submit, aggregate it with other users' submissions, and sell access to the resulting dataset to enterprise clients.
We share 50% of the revenue attributable to data you submitted back to you, credited to your Liksy account. You can withdraw your balance once it reaches $10.00 via Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, or Revolut.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@liksy.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent our anti-fraud systems or collect duplicate rewards is grounds for termination and forfeiture of earnings.
Each accepted price observation earns a base rate, which may be multiplied by category value, data scarcity (underserved regions), freshness, and confidence. Receipt submissions additionally earn per-item rates plus a total-receipt bonus.
Final earnings for any given record depend on how often that record is queried by enterprise clients and the price we charge for those queries. We publish our current rate card and pricing tiers in the app. Rates may change with 30 days' notice.
If we later determine that data you submitted was fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise not a genuine price observation, we may reverse the associated earnings. If this leaves your balance negative, you agree that future earnings may offset that balance.
You may submit photos of price tags, receipts, catalogs, fuel pump displays, menu boards, and other real-world price information. You confirm that:
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of earnings, and — for serious cases — legal action.
You retain ownership of the raw data you submit.
By submitting data to Liksy, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, process, aggregate, anonymize, analyze, sublicense to our clients, and commercialize that data. This license is what lets us run the service and pay you your share.
The license survives account termination — it has to, because your data has already been mixed into aggregated datasets and delivered to clients. However, your personally identifying information is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
The Liksy brand, app, website, source code, AI models, aggregated datasets, and all related materials are owned by us. You have a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active.
Suppliers (wholesalers, distributors, brand representatives) are users who upload bulk price lists. Suppliers must complete a verification process and may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of approval. Suppliers receive a per-item rate rather than a revenue share, as negotiated per contract.
We work to keep Liksy running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may pause, change, or terminate parts of the service with reasonable notice. During outages, your submissions may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing privacy@liksy.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we suspect fraud. If we terminate your account for cause, your unpaid earnings may be forfeited. If we terminate for any other reason, we will pay out earnings over the minimum withdrawal threshold to your registered payment method.
Liksy is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that you will earn any specific amount, that the service will be error-free, or that the AI will always extract data accurately. We make no representation about the market or commercial value of any particular submission.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) what we paid you in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) €100.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the greatest extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email and shown at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. If you don't accept a change, your remedy is to stop using the service and delete your account.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally by contacting us at privacy@liksy.app falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
